What’s Needed Now

A time of great fear needs a response of even greater love.

If your team is isolated and your relationships have atrophied, it's time to reach out to break fear's hold with loving connections.

If you realize your return-to-the-office plans have been driven by fear, it's time to reach out to your team and explore, "How is fear holding us back? And what could love do instead?"

If you know someone struggling to process all that's happened, it's time to reach out to help them feel SHUVA - seen, heard, understood, valued and appreciated, as Patty Beach taught us.

If fear has a hold on you or you are holding onto fear, it's time for love. Love for yourself; love from others. Reach out for support.

Your vulnerability to seek what you need will make it safe for others to reach out for the love they need too. I reached out to my friend Denise this week. Sharing helped to dispel a nagging fear and re-center on love again.

And if you feel like you can't reach out to anyone, you can reach out to me. I'm serious. Email me and we will talk.

With confidence in love's power for work and the world,
Renée
