We do this because this is a better way of working: It’s better for team members, better for customers and stakeholders, and better for organizations. Based on the primary research, teaching, and practices of Founder Renée Smith, our Hosts, Coaches, and Consultants inspire, teach, and equip leaders, teams and organizations to make work more loving and human. We offer talks, gatherings, workshops, coaching, consulting and a global community to affirm and uplift human dignity and success at work, wherever that work takes place!
Our team members are experts in their fields from around the world and from a variety of backgrounds and experiences who are committed to changing the way organizations and teams work. Our unique set of cultural resources are based in our primary research and experiences with teams; you won’t find these anywhere else.
