Our why

The aim of Light Labs is to devise novel ideas that disrupt outdated leadership practices in the Creative and Tech industries.

We know that the basic principles for creating more love and less fear are universal, but “love” can look different from industry to industry. That made us wonder: how can we serve the Creative and Tech industries? Enter Light Labs. Our space to foster innovative cultures by leading with more love, and less fear.

Why more love and less fear?

Fear has the ability to zap our brains of creativity. But when surrounded by a sea of support, our brains flourish with dazzling new ideas.

Much, some might say all, of the creative process requires the type of vulnerability and openness that flow most freely from loving environments. Light Labs is dedicated to providing, protecting, and promoting this type of space.

Why the Creative and Tech industries?

The Creative and Tech industries play a critical role in the formation of culture, social values, and norms globally. This is why it is pertinent that our fellow humans who work in these spaces have a place to feel safe and free to explore and get messy.

Now is more important than ever to inspire the leaders in the space to act in a new way. Creativity has long been a by-product of adversity. A new wave of conscious and conscientious businesses is going to be born over the next two years in this sector, and we are excited to collaborate with them to create a new future in our never-ending pursuit of love and whole human experiences at work.
