With over 18 years of experience in project management and 6+ years of experience in organization development and change management, Evelyn is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change while building capability and creating holistic strategic possibilities. She brings Organization Development (OD) best practices to help translate organizational goals into innovative opportunities for interaction, dialogue, shared learning, and results.

Evelyn is a skilled change manager who fosters self-determination wherever she can. She serves as a liaison and support to internal change champions and helps integrate the human side with financial work at institutions during workforce transition projects. Her expertise extends to change management and OD best practices, including expert use of the STAR, ADKAR, and SCARF Models. Evelyn's approach to change management involves asking participants questions as they go through deep learning.

Evelyn’s Story

With a Master's in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, Evelyn's journey has been shaped by her desire to merge her product management skills with human skills, enabling her to help people to feel seen, heard, and uplifted. Evelyn is a lifelong learner who is always adding to her list of certifications, which include Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Agent Development Community Member (CAD), brain-based coaching, and more.

Currently living in Olympia, Washington, Evelyn hails from the Midwest. After earning her undergraduate degree in computer science technology at St. Louis University, she worked at AT&T and strategic initiatives at Boeing. During this time, she realized that it was the “people side” of business that was being severely neglected, causing her to take an interest in how to solve for this problem. Leading led her back to school where she earned her advanced degrees, Evelyn, felt like she was in her element integrating product management skills with human skills. Evelyn shares that she has been crafted into the person that she is today through the support, love, and coaching of her partner, family, and colleagues. She thanks them all for holding up a mirror to her and gifting her the safe places to pause and reflect. Evelyn loves the true impact that her work has on the people she collaborates with, and she is always open to learning more about how to serve them better.

Everything Else You Wish You Knew About Evelyn

Evelyn thrives on discovering new things. When she’s not busy advising, you can find her exploring new taco and pizza joints or hosting brunch for her friends in Seattle. With her warm presence and delicious food, she makes everyone feel at home. In her downtime, she enjoys being in nature, hiking, yoga, and having deep conversations with her loved ones. She has a creative side too! Having previously danced ballet and jazz, she still exercises her creativity through painting and drawing. She dreams of returning to dance classes one day, as she finds it both exhilarating and therapeutic. Evelyn loves traveling and has a particular fondness for China, Australia, and Queenstown, New Zealand. Though the international view is stunning, her most cherished moment was experiencing the beauty of a 180-degree sunrise view of water, trees, and Mt. Rainier in her home state of Washington Evelyn is a multifaceted person passionate about experiences in the world around her.
