When we gather without expectation to DO but to BE, a miracle happens.
Life flows though us.
Light is everywhere. But it’s brightened when we tend to the flame within and let it expand outwards to others.
Being present with one anther in community is standing in light.
Leadership transformation is grounded in the notion that we are flawed to start with. That we need improvement.
Instead, being in a loving community container is a reminder that we are nothing but good enough as we are. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go.
As every cell of our body is assigned to an organ, we are assigned to share our unique gifts with one another.
That's the miracle. And that's the transformation.
