Let’s Tip the Planet
from Fear to
Love
by 2035!
We are tipping the planet from fear to Love!
Are you in? Join us!
Hello!
Every day, people around the world are compassionate, generous, and kind to each other, but often we don’t hear about or realize it. Instead, some are taking action to scare, divide, and disempower us.
While what’s offensive and fearful makes headlines, what’s uplifting is powerful, uniting, and quietly changes lives.
It’s time to stop being quiet about Love! It’s time to get busy activating and normalizing Love as the dominant force we want to guide the world.
You see, Love, which is defined as “energy that uplifts and connects,” is not just needed between family and friends. Uplift and connection are necessary in every type of human relationship - between neighbors, colleagues, and with strangers, too.
When uplifting and connecting energy is present, people feel safe, accepted, and collaborative. Bridges are built and possibilities open. Problems are solved. Healing occurs.
When uplifting, connecting Love energy is missing, fear takes over. People struggle, and humanity falls apart. That’s because fear is the energy that oppresses and divides. And it is being used against us around the world to control and harm people. That is why we must activate Love in our lives.
We need to take our responsibility to Love seriously, learning how to bring Love to every encounter, every space, every place, every relationship we can. This means learning to love ourselves, healing, speaking up, being bold, letting go, standing tall, advocating for Love, and disarming fear. Love is challenging, vulnerable, bold work. But it is the work of our time. And the consequences of not doing Love’s hard work are frankly catastrophic.
It’s time to activate Love intentionally in communities, homes, families, schools, and workplaces, too. It’s time to bring Love to a planet riddled with fear and hopelessness and hungry for Love.
Our Loving actions build on one another to make a difference, person by person, team by team, city by city, neighbor by neighbor. All these Loving actions do something vital: Tip the direction of the planet from fear to Love and the course of history.
Since 2015, I’ve dedicated my life to making work and the world more loving and human. In 2025, I turned 60. I renewed my vow to Love, and issued this invitation for people around the world to join me in Tipping the Planet from Fear to Love by 2035. And goodness knows this planet needs tipping!
If you are in, if you say, “Yes, I’m in” to help Tip the Planet from Fear to Love by 2035, then let me know here.
I’ll send you resources each Monday. They are free, and my gift to you to help us change the direction of the planet!
With Love, hope, and determination,

Each Monday’s email will help you “Tip the Planet from Fear to Love!”
One simple action to take each week.
Build Loving muscle. Increase your Loving impact. Be inspired to do more.
Here’s your first message.
Dear Friend,
Have you noticed how our culture prizes intellect and productivity, often at the expense of physical presence and emotional capacity? But love isn’t merely an idea. It’s something we feel and embody.
And we cannot empathetically “feel with” others nor act on that insight with compassion if we aren’t able to feel. So this week, we begin with a small but mighty and important habit: Connecting to Your Heart.
Your Action This Week: Connect to Your Heart.
At least once each day, pause and place your hand on your heart for 10 seconds to notice and feel your heart.
No need to visualize or force anything. Simply pause, breathe, and let your attention land in your heart and notice what you feel.
This is how we start building the everyday muscle of Love, by reconnecting with the center of our own emotional life.
How to Do It
Choose a natural moment in your day and use it as your cue. This might be…
When your alarm goes off
When you take your first sip of coffee
Before opening your email
When you stand in the shower
When a Zoom meeting ends
When you finish the dishes
When you buckle up in your car before driving
Or put it on your calendar: “Connect to My Heart”
Then take these simple steps:
Pause while you sit or stand comfortably.
Place your hand on your heart.
Take a slow breath.
Sense and feel your heart.
Notice what comes forward in this heart connection.
Stay for 10 seconds.
That’s it. Do this each day. Even better to do it throughout the day.
As the week goes on, pay attention to your ability to feel your own emotions and to notice and feel with others. Does this shift your breathing? Your mood? Your pace? Your way of meeting others? There is no right answer…only awareness.
Why This Matters
When you pause and connect with your heart, even briefly, you interrupt disconnection, reactivity, and autopilot. You make space for empathy, compassion, and courage.
This is the foundation of all the loving actions we will do to build on this.
This is where you begin. Begin in your heart.
With Love,
Renée
