Loving leaders seek to create opportunities where multiple needs are responded to at the same time.

We have deep needs for love, to be accepted, to do something meaningful, to be seen, and heard, and valued for who we are.

We have deep needs to step into vulnerability, and to be courageous with our actions.

Needs to be who we are, and to just BE.

Needs for space and silence.

Needs for dialogue, and for connection.

Needs for being part of, and being independent.

Loving leaders care to respond to those needs at all times. Loving leaders seek to create opportunities where multiple needs are responded to at the same time.

Sometimes it is about breaking through the ways of being we’ve been taught.

Sometimes it is about creating new ways that are rooted in love, light, and connection.

Often it is about tapping into this powerful sense that something more is possible.

Often happens we are connected to Self, to our body, to another, to a global macrocosm.

When we have seen, felt, tasted loving leadership, we get to hold the experience like a treasure in our open hands.
