Lili’s Story
Originally from Bulgaria, Lili moved to England at nineteen where she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business. Transitioning to a new country and language was one of her earliest lessons in problem-solving and continuous improvement. She challenged herself to learn at least one new thing each day and recorded in her journal ways to make each day better. This practice developed her ability to build on existing knowledge and solve new problems.
Lili began working with small marketing firms in Amsterdam and later as a leader in marketing automation in the UK. She is now a senior marketing strategist and Lean coach. Lili also serves as the UK director of the Love and Kindness Project Foundation, where she creates love and kindness campaigns that result in a more loving world. She enjoys spending time with her son, the person who has taught her the most about living, and is committed to eating plant-based food, avoiding plastic, and minimizing waste because she cares about the world we will leave to our children.

Lili has faced and overcome major barriers in life and work to become the person she was meant to be. She noticed along the way that certain processes and structures keep people from being their best. Often when people confront these obstacles, they feel crushed and lose their motivation. Lili is passionate about helping organizations fix areas of rigidity that hold people back, reenergizing leaders and teams, and showing them how to find solutions for complex challenges.
This is what making work more human means to Lili. People should never have to finish their workday in tears or take baggage home to their families. Lili helps organizations make sure all people—regardless of age, gender, or background—have the freedom and support they need to contribute their very best. She also helps people better understand their role, shows them how to have more value-added impacts, and teaches them to be the heroes of their own lives.
