There is no “one right way”.


Part of loving leadership is moving from either/or thinking into both/and thinking.

Leadership moments happen in all spaces, at work or at home.

So, embrace that it is possible to feel more successful in leading with love in one part of your life and also feel very nascent in another.

The same may be true with different individuals on a team or in your family.

When you notice this experience, stay with it.

It is fodder for curiosity about the conditions that contribute to that experience, including any previously unconscious triggers that are now visible.
