What makes life more beautiful and other generative questions.

As loving leaders, we explore questions more than their answers.

We are curious about the power of interrelated questions.

Open, inviting questions.

Generative questions.

Some questions stand alone in their power, no matter the context.

Some questions are more powerful when in relation.

(Sometimes questions find themselves in relation by chance. Serendipity.)

Some individuals stand alone in their power, no matter the situation.

Other individuals are more powerful when in relation, creating the situation.

Isn’t it that when life is more beautiful we grow? Or is it that when we have full access to each other, life becomes more beautiful?

Life is beautiful when there is full access to Self and Another and when we can grow in ways that we want or need to.

Have I been stuck in an alternate universe the last two years? It’s been real, and beautiful. And something this week reminded me that there is a world out here that I haven’t been giving enough attention to.

When I have full access, a different rhythm or cadence is available. Full access includes allowing someone to be in their space and knowing when this is the right thing.

Wonder.

Why, when life was beautiful, I never wrote enough about what that felt like.

I am curious about the needs of my most loving self. Becoming curious.

Answer these questions for yourself.

Ask them of others.

Be loving and stay curious.

It’s the questions that shape our reality.
