Releasing the need to be right enables loving leadership
It's 2022. For some of us, the New Year is still arriving. Others of us have already created our resolutions, intentions, and vision boards.
As our team at Light labs is making our way back into our virtual office, here are some thoughts for contemplation during your first week of this year.
We practice loving leadership when we let go of the need to be right.
When we slip into believing that we have the full picture, we start to close off to the possibility and potency of the present moment. We block emergence.
The truth is that there is no one right way to do anything. When we are most connected to the present moment, to ourselves, to others and to a sense of a larger Whole, we realise that having the full picture is really an illusion of the Ego.
So much of our loving leadership work is actually about going deeper into the spiritual questions about the nature of humanity.
At Light Labs, we strive to create an interior environment where we are able to listen to the whispers of the future by embedding creative practices into our work. We grapple with what are the questions we need to ask instead of simply seeking the answers we may be holding.
Wholeheartedly,
Lili
PS: For 2022, I wish you all the courage to look, the humility to see, and the confidence to act in alignment with your loving leadership practice.
