Inner work takes ongoing commitment

It is important to recognize that the inner work is never complete.

We continue to change.

Our environment changes, new relationships form, new insights became available, new perspectives.

So first is crucial aspect of the inner work is the commitment to the ongoing work.

The work itself can take many forms. Across many modalities.

It's about being willing to be changed by another person, by an experience.

To taste new truth.

Such change doesn’t usually happen in the moment but rather upon reflection. Then it comes the practice. We bring our inner condition with us to any engagement.

It's key to all of our relationships.

Now it's your turn: What do YOU think is crucial to cultivate the inner condition of leadership?

Warmly,
Lili and Light Labs
