The primary role of a leader, as I see it, is to eliminate fear and enable adults in the workplace to find courage, develop skills, and question the narratives that define their professional lives. My approach is to engage with clients with love and acceptance, providing a safe space for them to express themselves and embrace the risks necessary for personal and professional growth.
