Speaking and Teaching: Sharing the "Make Work More Human" Message

A Make Work More Human Talk or Workshop explores what it takes to create an organization or team with a management system that truly works. We believe it takes being focused on people with leaders and teams decreasing fear and increasing love. Based on more than 50 research interviews, focus group feedback, and the genuine struggles and successes at state agencies, the insights of "Make Work More Human" are shared through talks and interactive workshops.

With compelling stories and practical guidance, Renée describes how government organizations can ensure public servants have a deeply gratifying experience and deliver exceptional value for customers.  Audiences identify with the sobering impacts of fear and the tremendous potential released when we create A Human Workplace based on love. Talks and workshops have ranged in length from 45 minutes to several hours and can be mostly presentation or include significant breakout activities and facilitated discussions for participant engagement, reflection, dialogue, and application.
